Booking Terms

These Booking Terms govern all bookings and services provided by Yalah Travel Morocco Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms.

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.
  
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified on the relevant product page.
  
• Once payment is received, a confirmation message will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
  
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify that all booking details (dates, times, pickup location, number of passengers, selected service) are correct.
  

• Multi-day tours require a deposit to secure the selected travel dates. The remaining balance must be paid as stated on the product page.
  
• Airport transfers and private driver services may require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking.
  
• Failure to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
  
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe Ltd or Shopify Payments.
  

• All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
  
• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
  
• Confirmed bookings are protected from price changes unless modifications are requested by the traveler.
  
• Additional services requested after confirmation may result in price adjustments.
  

To ensure smooth service delivery, travelers must provide:

• Full name and contact details
  
• Accurate pickup location and time
  
• Flight number (for airport transfers)
  
• Number of passengers
  
• Any special requests or relevant travel details
  

Yalah Travel Morocco Ltd is not responsible for service disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

• Any request to modify dates, pickup time, location, or number of passengers must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  
• Modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
  
• We reserve the right to decline modification requests that cannot be accommodated operationally.
  

• The traveler is responsible for being present at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time.
  
• Delays or changes (such as flight delays) must be communicated as soon as possible.
  
• Failure to appear at the confirmed time and location may be treated as a no-show under our Cancellation Policy.
  

• The person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation.
  
• For agency, corporate, or B2B bookings, separate booking agreements may apply.
  

By completing a booking with Yalah Travel Morocco, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to make the booking.
  
• You accept these Booking Terms in full.
  
• You agree to comply with all related policies, including our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.
  

• All services are subject to operational feasibility and local regulations at the time of travel.
• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles, drivers, accommodations, or service providers with equivalent alternatives when necessary due to operational, safety, or availability reasons.
  
• In the event that a booked service becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund in accordance with our applicable policies.
