These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Yalah Travel Morocco SARL ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount, as stated on the product page.
• Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• It is the traveler's responsibility to review the confirmation details and notify us immediately of any inaccuracies.
• All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change until the booking is confirmed.
• For multi-day tours, a deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid as stated on the product page.
• For airport transfers and private driver services, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Online payments are securely processed via Stripe and/or Shopify Payments.
• We do not store or have access to your full card details.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which varies by product type.
• The applicable cancellation terms are clearly stated on each product page and apply at the time of booking.
• Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on Stripe and the customer's bank or card issuer.
• Requests to modify a booking (dates, pickup time, location, number of passengers) must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• All modifications are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
• We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, vehicles, accommodations, or schedules due to operational requirements, safety considerations, or force majeure events.
• Accurate pickup details (flight number, arrival time, hotel address, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking.
• Flight delays must be communicated as soon as possible.
• Reasonable waiting time is included as specified on the product page. Excessive waiting may result in additional charges.
• No-shows and late cancellations are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
• Itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road situations, safety reasons, or operational needs.
• Accommodation categories and vehicle types are provided as described on the product page. Equivalent alternatives may be provided if necessary.
• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the activities included in the tour.
• Travelers must provide accurate personal and travel information.
• Passports, visas, travel insurance, and compliance with local laws are solely the responsibility of the traveler.
• Any damage caused by the traveler to vehicles, accommodations, or equipment may be charged accordingly.
• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, drivers, guides, and local communities.
• Yalah Travel Morocco Ltd acts as a service provider and organizer. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from events beyond our control.
• We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, and loss of belongings.
• Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
• We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, security issues, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
• In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
