Introduction

These Cancellation Policy govern all bookings and services provided by Yalah Travel Morocco Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Cancellation Policies.

General Cancellation Conditions

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the selected travel dates.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation requests are considered effective only once received and acknowledged by Yalah Travel Morocco.
  • Morocco local time applies to all cancellation deadlines.

Multi-Day Tours

  • Cancellations made at least 10 days before the scheduled travel date are eligible for a full refund of all amounts paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the travel date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

This structure allows us to fairly manage commitments with drivers, accommodations, and local partners while maintaining flexibility for our guests.

Airport Transfers & Private Driver Services

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • Pickup time is calculated based on the time confirmed in your booking or confirmation message.

Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds are processed using the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date of approval.
  • The actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your bank, Stripe, or payment provider.

Scope & Applicability

  • This policy applies to all bookings made directly through our website or communication channels, unless otherwise stated on the specific product or service page.
  • Changes or exceptions to this policy are valid only if confirmed in writing by Yalah Travel Morocco Ltd.
  • For agency, corporate, or partner (B2B) bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply.

Modification Requests

  • Requests to change travel dates, pickup time, or passenger details are treated as modification requests and not automatic cancellations.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
  • If a modification cannot be accommodated, the booking may be subject to the applicable cancellation terms.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

  • Failure to appear at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time may be treated as a no-show.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Delays must be communicated as soon as possible to avoid service disruption.

Force Majeure Cancellations

  • We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, or security situations.
  • In such cases, alternative arrangements or partial/full refunds may be offered at our discretion.

Third-Party Services

  • Some services (such as accommodations, external activities, or special experiences) may be subject to separate third-party cancellation terms.
  • Where applicable, those third-party policies may override standard cancellation conditions.
  • Yalah Travel Morocco will communicate any such conditions clearly at the time of booking.
